Any personal data I hold may be added to two online databases which which may be stored on servers at a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). All personal information you provide to me is securely backed up. If you are, or have ever been, a client of mine I will have your first name, surname, birthday, email and postal address and mobile number as well as information that you give me which is necessary for successful coaching results. If you are not a client I could have your first name, surname, email address and mobile number. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this. I will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

I may disclose your personal information to third parties only if I am required to do so by law, any applicable regulation or to protect the rights, property, or safety of myself or others.

You have the right under the Data Protection Act 1988 to access all the information which I hold about you. If you wish to exercise this right, please send your request to .
